  • Panthenol (Pro-Vitamin B5) — 1 ml (≈1%, optional fabric-soft feel)
  • Preservative (broad-spectrum, water-phase; per supplier usage) — as directed
  • Optional quick-dry: Ethanol 8–10 ml (reduce hydrosol accordingly)
  • Optional aroma anchor (very low): 1–2 drops lavender EO with a suitable solubilizer (follow supplier ratio)

🔥 How to Prepare

  1. Sanitize beaker, spatula, funnel, and a 100 ml fine-mist bottle; allow to dry fully.
  2. To a beaker, add lavender hydrosol and valerian hydrosol. Stir in glycerin and panthenol gently.
  3. Add preservative at the supplier’s recommended rate and mix well.
  4. Optional: Whisk in ethanol for a faster-drying finish.
